About Us
The evolve Organisation Ltd was established by Clair Starr in 2003.
The core of our organisation is coaching and mentoring. By listening and understanding our clients, we develop their personal and collective growth, helping them to think differently and make positive changes.
Clair continues her work in Occupational Health, with a wealth of experience with private and public sector clients, including hospitality and manufacturing.
Charlie, who joined evolve in May 2008, specialises in stress management, performance and executive coaching, debt counseling and mediation and conflict resolution.
Jenny, who became part of the evolve team last year, has a wealth of experience in the Retail and Small Business Sector, in addition she has been involved in the development of our Health and Well-being Programme for businesses and a Life Skills programme for teenagers.
Ian joined evolve in 2008, bringing his expertise and knowledge of manufacturing to the organisation. Ian specialises in performance and executive coaching, and redundancy coaching.
