Our Mission
Through coaching evolve enables you to support employees who have health issues related to the workplace, or which affect their ability to work at the their full potential. We are particularly experienced in supporting employees during their return to work and looking at stress in the workplace. Understand their strengths
Identify their unique issues and challenges
Learn tools which can help them move forward
Work out a plan of action
Develop confidence at work
Provide support as an impartial third party
This will enable you to:-
Support employees during their return to work following a physical or mental illness including stress, maternity / paternity leave, bereavement etc
Provide an independent source of support
Improve performance
Encourage a better work / life balance
Have a more resilient workforce

Starting point
Our starting point is to always listen to you, this ensures that we come up with a programme that will fit your needs and fulfill your expectations.
Workshops can be provided as one-off sessions or as a programme and can be tailored to half day or full day events. One to one coaching is carried out as a programme to maximise the results and benefits for the individual.
