What is Redundancy & Redeployment Support?
 
With today's economic climate' redundancy and redeployment are are aspects which businesses and organisations are increasingly having to come to terms with.
It can be a very unsettling, stressful and emotional experience, not only for the people who may be made redundant or redeployed, but also for the people who remain.
 
You should, therefore, consider the different types of support you will need to offer:
 
Those who are at risk of redundancy / redeployment.
Those who remain in the business - how can you rebuild the motivation and trust of your managers and employees to enable them to continue to perform and drive your business forward.
 
Our Mission
 
Through our Redundancy & Redeployment Support programme we help your business and those affected through the process and transition.  We will work with you and your managers to support your business in managing a clear, supportive process, both for the people leaving and those who remain with the business.
 

 
Our aim within evolve is to:-

Coach and support you and your managers through the redundancy / redeployment and transition process.
Assist and support you and your managers in drafting communication materials and conducting briefings sensitively with your teams.
Provide outplacement coaching and support for the people who are at risk of redundancy.
Where necessary, provide access to redundancy counsellors or occupational / clinical psychologists.
Provide coaching and support to rebuild trust and motivation within the business.
Support staff who are redeployed through the process of adapting to a new role.

Our starting point is always to listen to you, this ensures that we come up with a programme that will fit your needs and fulfill your expectations

 
Workshops can be provided as one-off sessions or as a programme and can be tailored to half day or full day events.  One to one coaching is carried out as a programme to maximise the results for the individual.
