Mission
Stress is a potentially huge problem for businesses and managing stress in the workplace should be a top priority for all. Apart from the negative effects on the individual, the costs to the business in terms of staff absence from work for any length of time is significant. At evolve we can help you create a healthy work environment, we use the Health & Safety Executive guidelines and best practice as a bench mark to achieve this.
Our aim within evolve is to help the business, we do this by:-
Review the current stress levels in the workplace and set up a monitoring system
Identify areas of concern
Create a stress policy and implement a structure to support the policy
Train managers and supervisors to manage stress in their teams
Train staff to recognise and manage their own stress
Provide support for all managers and staff, particularly senior managers, newly promoted
managers and supervisors and new recruits

Reduce stress in the workplace
Support employees during their return to work following a stress related illness
Support staff during the first few months of a new position in the business
Provide an independent source of support for managers and staff who are feeling stressed

Our starting point is always to listen to you, this ensures that we come up with a programme that will fit your needs and fulfill your expectations
Workshops can be provided as one-off sessions or as a programme and can be tailored to half day or full day events. One to one coaching is carried out as a programme to maximise the results for the individual.
